How many sticks are in a bag?
Every bag has 16 single-serve stick packs. A 3-bag order is 48 sticks.
When should I drink it?
Any time you need to rehydrate. Bo drinks his first thing in the morning. It also works after a workout, a round of golf, a flight or a long day.
What is Capros?
Capros® is a patented extract of Indian gooseberry, also called amla. It has been studied for heart health and healthy blood flow.* Every stick of Bo H2O has 500 mg.
What are active B vitamins?
They are forms of B vitamins your body can use as they are. Bo H2O uses vitamin B6 as pyridoxal 5-phosphate and vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, plus nicotinamide riboside, a form of vitamin B3.
What’s in it?

Can I have more than one a day?
